People are actually giving First Lady Michelle Obama flack about her penchant for sleeveless dresses. She wore a sleeveless number by Naciso Rodriguez to the Presidential Address before Congress last week, a. An article on the Huffington Post quoted a Chicago Tribune reader as saying "'Does the lady not understand that these Big Speech Events are serious and important? Not a cocktail party?'"
