Montreal Macarons



A dear friend of mine is a talented Executive Chef in the Village. Being equally impassioned about edibles, we make it a point to indulge each other's foodie obsession. Last week, upon her return from a weekend jaunt in Montreal, she brought me a box of the quirkiest macrons I've tasted.



The foie gras and the white truffle flavors were more novel than life-changing-ly-delicious, but I really enjoyed the palated adventure. The remainder were quite wonderful, especially bell pepper and Parmesan.
