Crème Yvette

I know I've only just posted about Austria's Crème de Violette, but my obsession with floral flavorings won't let me ignore posting about Crème Yvette.

Crème Yvette is a long lost liqueur that has been resurrected by Rob Cooper's Cooper Spirits International, (the guy behind the curtain of everyone's favorite elderflower liqueur, St. Germain). The liqueur's violet petals are complemented with flavorings of berries, honey, orange peel and vanilla...which sounds positively delightful. I am desperate for a bottle and will accost every liquor shop until it is stocked.
